This policy covers daubenmiregroup.com, the company website of The Daubenmire Group, LLC (“we”, “us”). Each of our products has its own privacy policy that explains what that product collects: see the MyRecall Privacy Policy and the privacy policy on q13app.com.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, advertising, or analytics, and it sets no cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, and keeps it briefly in server logs for security and reliability. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the same kind of request information when your browser loads them.
When you contact us
If you email us or send an inquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever else you include, such as your company, role, phone number, and message. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by a form-delivery service (Web3Forms), which handles them only to pass them along to us.
The Owner Dependence Assessment
The assessment is scored in your browser, and your answers aren’t sent anywhere unless you choose to. Your results page address contains your answers as a short code, so anyone you share that link with can see your results. If you ask us to email your results, we receive your email address and your answers, use them to send you that one email, and keep a copy so we can follow up if you get in touch. We don’t add you to a mailing list. The email is sent through our email provider (Resend) or our form provider (Web3Forms). If you follow a link from your results to Q13, your answers go with it so Q13 can show where to start.
The Weekly Turn Up
Our newsletter is published on beehiiv. When you subscribe, beehiiv collects your email address under its own privacy policy, and we use it only to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any issue.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Children
This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@daubenmiregroup.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
