Fractional COO or CEO
Senior leadership for companies that need an executive’s attention but not a full-time hire. We step into the COO seat to own how the business runs, or into the CEO seat when the business needs someone leading it day to day, so the owner can focus on what only they can do.
Operating rhythm
A weekly leadership meeting that ends in decisions, quarterly priorities with clear owners, a scorecard of the numbers that matter, and roles that say who owns what. We install it and run it with you until it runs on its own.

We move responsibilities off the owner’s plate one at a time, documented and owned, until the business runs on systems and people instead of one person.
