What we build

Software that gives people time back.

We build products out of the problems we see in real businesses and real weeks. Every one is designed, built, published, and supported by The Daubenmire Group, LLC.

MyRecall and Q13 are live and in use. Support for both comes straight from the team that builds them.

MyRecallYour whole day, brought to you

Live

Most systems get set up on a Sunday and abandoned by Wednesday. MyRecall works the other way around. You write things down the way you’d say them, like “call Mike tomorrow at 3” or “every Monday 9am,” and each morning it brings your whole day to you in a single email: tasks, meetings, habits, and the birthdays and anniversaries you can’t afford to miss.

It connects to Google, iCloud, and Outlook calendars, keeps track of the people in your life and what you owe them, preps you for meetings with the open items for each person, and lets you share an area with a partner or your family. It runs on the web today, with the iPhone app on its way to the App Store.

Q13Run the quarter as a team

Live

A quarter is thirteen weeks, and most companies waste the first few figuring out what they’re working on and the last few scrambling to finish it. Q13 is built around the quarter: set the priorities with real owners, then run every week against them with the leadership meeting, a scorecard the team actually looks at, and the to-dos and issues that come out of it.

It gives owners and leadership teams a clear view of whether the quarter is on track, week by week, and there’s a version built for nonprofits too. Q13 runs on the web with a free trial.

How they work together

Two systems, one rhythm.

A business runs well when the people in it aren’t running on memory, and so does a life. So we built two systems that fit together: one the team plans in, and one each person runs their own day from. The business decides what matters this quarter. Each person makes room for it, next to their family, their health and everything else that matters to them.

The team

Q13 is where you decide together

The quarter’s priorities with real owners, the weekly meeting, the scorecard, and the to-dos that come out of it, with names and dates.

Each person

MyRecall is where you follow through

Your Q13 commitments in your own day, next to your tasks, meetings, habits, the people you owe a call, and the dates you can’t miss.

  1. 01

    Plan it in Q13

Set the quarter and run the weekly meeting. Every priority and to-do leaves the room with one owner and a date.

  2. 02

    Connect it once

Each person adds one private link from Q13 to their MyRecall. No shared logins and no matching emails.

  3. 03

    Live it in MyRecall

What you own in Q13 shows up in your day and drops off when it’s done. Send to MyRecall moves a single to-do over to plan it.

What the business gets
  • Commitments land where people actually look every day
  • Fewer “I lost track of it” updates in the weekly meeting
  • A team that schedules the work, instead of remembering it
What each person gets
  • One place for work and life, so neither crowds out the other
  • Their own personal system, theirs to keep, at no cost
  • A clear day, every day, without rebuilding the plan

Every Q13 team gets MyRecall too. Everyone on your team can use MyRecall’s free plan with their own account, connected to Q13. Pro, with the morning email and weekly planning, is optional for anyone who wants it.

What we’re building next.

OperatorAI-powered training & training log

In development

Operator builds custom training programs with AI, adapts them as you go, and keeps an honest log of the work, for people who run their training the way they run their business.

Operator is in active development. It will be listed here with a link when it launches.

Contact CaptureLead capture & follow-up

In development

Contact capture is the discipline of turning every handshake into a follow-up. It means collecting a new contact’s information at the moment you meet them, at a trade show, a networking event, or a referral conversation, and routing it straight into a system that triggers follow-up, tagging, and next steps.

The problem it solves is simple and expensive: most businesses lose the leads they already paid for, because a business card sits in a pocket and a conversation fades by Friday. Good contact capture closes that gap. It isn’t a CRM feature. It’s an operating habit, and we built our own lead capture tooling because off-the-shelf forms let too many conversations die between the booth and the follow-up sequence.

Contact Capture is in active development. It will be listed here with a link when it launches.

How we build

Built by operators, for operators.

We build for the problems every growing business and busy person shares.

Follow-ups that slip. Meetings that end without decisions. Numbers nobody looks at. These problems are universal, so we build the tool we wish already existed, and we use it ourselves before anyone else does.

Your data belongs to you. We don’t sell personal information or run ads in our products, and each product publishes its own privacy policy and terms. Questions about any of them can go to hello@daubenmiregroup.com.
